- Please note: our New Year's Eve cruises are not suitable for children under 5 years of age.
- Please note that this is a nightclub-style cruise.
- Boarding passes will be emailed by Monday, 1st December 2025, or the next working day for later purchases. Please ensure the correct email address is provided.
- Photo ID and boat tickets are required prior to boarding. Pier passes can be sent with tickets if required.
- Make sure each one of your guests have their Photo ID, Boarding Pass and, if needed, a Pier pass.
- Please allow for extra travel time due to road and station closures; use public transport as taxis and private vehicles are restricted near piers.
- You will require a Pier pass if the pier you board from is in a restricted zone. Please ensure you have your Pier pass ready, as this will provide you with the relevant information needed.
- Our vessels cannot accommodate for latecomers, so we recommend arriving at least 15-20 minutes prior to scheduled departure.
- Group bookings must arrive together.
